Delivery & Returns
We offer a Free domestic Postage to UK only.
We Normally orders same-day if received before 1pm Monday-Friday (excl. Bank Holidays), and all other orders will be dispatched the next working day (Monday-Friday, excl. Bank Holidays).
Please note that our office is closed on Bank Holidays, and that neither Royal Mail, nor our courier services, will collect from us or deliver on Bank Holidays.
Domestic Shipping Options
All orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Second Class post or Courier to UK only,
Order would be expected to arrive within 1-5 working days.

Express Delivery – Order would be expected to arrive next working day.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed – Your order would be dispatched on Friday to arrive on Saturday.
Saturday Courier Delivery – Your order would be dispatched on Friday to arrive on Saturday.
Please note that if your order has not arrived within these times, your order may still be in transit. Standard and Economy delivery cannot be reported as lost with the delivery company until 10 working days have elapsed. If you have any questions regarding an Express, Saturday Guaranteed, or Saturday Courier delivery, please contact us.
International Shipping Options
We only send International Mail by Recorded and insured
– Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Western Europe: 5 working days,
- Eastern Europe: 7 working days,
- Worldwide: 10-14 working days
International Signed for – This service uses the same estimated delivery times as Standard Airmail, but comes with a tracking number allowing for delivery confirmation. This service is insured up to £60.
International Express – This is a courier service, and is fully trackable at every stage of the shipping process. Shipping time will depend on the destination country, please contact us with any questions.
Please note that Wizard Workshop customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties payable on receipt of international packages. If a package is refused by the consumer, or returned due to non-payment of any charges or duties, any charges incurred by Wizard Workshop in recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.
- Products can be returned within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- Single cards must be returned in the same condition as sent out.
- Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
- Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value
- Please contact us if you need to arrange a return.
Cancellations / Order Amendments
You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched, please contact us to do so. If an order needs to be cancelled or amended at very short notice, we recommend calling to ensure that your order is not packed and/or dispatched before changes can be made. Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order. If your order has been already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.
